Q1. Congratulations on securing the runner-up position at Mrs. India 2025. How did it feel when your name was announced as the new Mrs. India? What was the first thought that crossed your mind?
 Answer:
When my name was announced, it felt like time slowed down for a moment. I could hear the applause, but inside I felt a quiet wave of gratitude wash over me. The first thought that crossed my mind was, “Every early morning run, every sacrifice, every moment of self-doubt was worth it.” As a marathon runner, I know what it means to push through pain. As a nutritionist, I know what it takes to nurture the body through discipline. In that moment, I felt proud, not just for the crown, but for the journey and the purpose behind it: inspiring people to choose a life of joy, health, and fitness.

Q2. What has been the most challenging part of your journey leading up to the crown, and how did you overcome it?
 Answer:
The most challenging part was balancing my training, my responsibilities, and the emotional pressure that comes with competing on such a big platform. There were days when my legs were tired from running, my mind was pulled in many directions, and my heart questioned if I was enough. I overcame it by going back to my “why.” Every time I felt overwhelmed, I reminded myself that my journey was bigger than me. I wanted to show women - mothers, professionals, dreamers - that they can be strong, fit, and unstoppable at any age. That purpose kept me grounded and pushed me through the toughest days.

Q3. What inspired you to participate in Mrs. India and what message did you hope to convey through your journey?
 Answer:
I participated in Mrs. India because I wanted to use this platform as an extension of my mission as a marathon runner and nutritionist. I’ve seen how health and fitness can transform lives—from confidence to mental well-being. Through my journey, I wanted to convey that beauty pageants aren’t just about glamour; they’re about real stories, real discipline, real courage. I wanted women to understand that choosing to be healthy is choosing to honor yourself. My hope was, and still is, to inspire people to stay happy, healthy, and fit—inside and out.

Q4. What had been the most memorable moment in your journey and why?
 Answer:
For me, the most memorable moment was backstage right before the crowning ceremony. There was a strange calmness inside me - a quiet confidence. I said to myself , “No matter what happens next, I have grown.” It was memorable because it was the first time I genuinely acknowledged my own strength, resilience, and self-worth. That realization was more powerful than any title.

Q5. How has this experience changed you?
 Answer:
This journey has changed me in the most beautiful ways. It taught me that vulnerability is strength, that discipline is love, and that dreams don’t come with deadlines. It has made me more patient, more grateful, and more confident in my purpose. I now walk with a deeper sense of responsibility - to advocate for well-being, to motivate people to prioritize their health, and to show that a strong body and a strong mind can take you anywhere.

Q6. What’s something surprising or unexpected about pageant life that most people don’t know?
 Answer:
Most people don’t realize how emotionally demanding pageant life is. It’s not just about looking your best - it’s about constantly showing up as your best self. Behind the makeup, gowns, and lights, there are long hours of practice, self-reflection, and pushing limits. Another surprising thing is the sisterhood. You meet women with incredible stories and strength, and the bond you create becomes a beautiful part of the journey.

Q7. What’s next for you after the crown?
 Answer:
After the crown, my journey continues with even greater purpose. I want to launch fitness and wellness initiatives that make holistic health accessible to women across India. I want to encourage more women to run, to nourish their bodies, and to believe in their inner strength. The crown is not the end of my story - it’s the beginning of a larger mission: to help people live happier, healthier, and fitter lives, one step at a time.
