Aryavardhan Dwivedi from Uttar Pradesh has been selected as one of the national finalists for the 2026 Mr. India Universe competition. The national finale of the competition is scheduled to take place later this year. At the culmination of the event, the new Mr. India Universe winner will be chosen.

Aryavardhan Dwivedi is a content creator, fitness enthusiast and engineering graduate from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Born in Kanpur and raised in a military family, he spent his childhood across several Indian cities, including Siliguri, Delhi, Bengaluru, Amritsar, Belagavi, Jaipur, and Nagpur, an upbringing that exposed him to diverse cultures and experiences from an early age while instilling in him adaptability, resilience, cultural competence, and a mission-oriented outlook. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Manipal University Jaipur in 2025 and is currently pursuing MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. Alongside his academic pursuits, he had also worked with several brands. During his early years, Aryavardhan developed a strong interest in sports, particularly badminton and basketball, as well as dance, fitness, and adventure activities such as camping, trekking and scuba diving at Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep). Trained in dance at the Shiamak Davar Institute, Bengaluru, he performed at numerous school and university events, specialising in hip-hop and breakdance. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he discovered a passion for content creation and began a disciplined fitness journey through calisthenics, transforming both his physique and personality. During his engineering studies, he was the only B.Tech student selected to participate in Manipal University Jaipur's prestigious ONERIOS-23 fashion show organised by the Department of Fashion and Design. He further strengthened his understanding of the fashion industry by earning an online certification in Fashion Systems from Parsons School of Design, alongside multiple technical certifications. Professionally, he interned at the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (CAIR), a laboratory under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where he developed an AI-powered offline voice chatbot prototype named ShivaVaani under the guidance of senior scientists. The project received appreciation for its innovation and technical execution. His continued commitment to fitness and content creation eventually earned him the opportunity to compete on the platform of Mr India Universe 2026. Beyond his professional ambitions, Aryavardhan is passionate about inspiring the younger generation to believe that a successful corporate career can be built without compromising health, fitness, and overall well-being. Grounded by the values instilled through his upbringing, he credits his family - particularly his father, who serves in the Indian Air Force, his mother, a PhD in English, his younger brother and their pet dog, Sultan—for shaping him into an empathetic, disciplined, and grounded individual committed to lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement.
