Shaurya Raj Mehra from Punjab has been selected as one of the national finalists for the upcoming Mr. India Universe competition, scheduled to take place from October 6 to October 12, 2025, in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The grand finale of the competition will take place on October 11, 2025 at Zee Studios. At the culmination of the event, the first Mr. India Universe titleholder will be announced. The competition is organized by the Glamanand Group, franchise holder of world-renowned Miss Universe beauty pageant based in the United States.
He stands 6’3” tall and is an entrepreneur. Born in Patiala and raised in a traditional Punjabi business family based in Ludhiana, he grew up observing his grandfather and father build their manufacturing business from the ground up. This early exposure instilled in him the values of leadership, responsibility, and legacy. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Exeter, UK. During his time abroad, he balanced academics with part-time jobs, which strengthened his independence and adaptability. It was also during this phase that he developed a strong passion for fitness, fashion, and entrepreneurship, shaping his identity beyond academics. After returning to India, Shaurya joined his family business, where he contributed to digitalization, strategic partnerships, and sustainable practices. Alongside business, he pursued modeling, combining his interests in fitness, fashion, and public speaking. His skills in leadership, business planning and fitness training complement his professional journey, making him stand out both as an entrepreneur and as a model. A trilingual, fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi, Shaurya continues to expand his career while preparing to represent India at platforms like Mr. India Universe. He aims to inspire young individuals by proving that one can honour tradition while also embracing ambition and innovation.
