Roosh Sindhu from Nagpur made the entire nation proud by placing in the Top 20 of the Miss International 2025 beauty pageant, held on November 27, 2025 at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Shibuya, Tokyo, in Japan. She became the first Miss India in last 13 years to secure a placement at the aforementioned international event. She also the first Miss India under Glamanand Group to secure a placement at Miss International. She looked ethereal as she walked down the runway wearing an exquisite silver ensemble, carrying the Indian sash with pride.

Roosh was crowned Miss International India 2025 on August 18, 2025 at Zee Studios in Jaipur. Her victory was hugely celebrated by pageant enthusiasts and fashion consults worldwide. Her magnificent fance and mesmerizingly radiant skin, and excellent communication skills made her the crowd favourite candidate even before the competition commenced. Her strong personality and captivating aura won the hearts of several individuals in Japan as she put India back on the pageantry map at Miss International.
Alongside being a beauty queen, Roosh Sindhu is also an author, mental health activist, professional model and TEDx speaker. A graduate in Journalism, this 5’7” tall beauty holds a Fashion Design certification from INIFD and was a certified student designer at New York Fashion Week 2019. She is the published author of Universe Within Peace, a motivational book on self-reflection and emotional healing. With over six years of academic training in Psychology and globally accredited UK certifications in mental health safety and psychotherapy, Roosh has actively contributed to mental health awareness through her NGO, Moralize Mental Health Association. She has conducted free anxiety assessments, support group sessions and awareness lectures across schools and colleges.

Roosh's advocacy began from personal struggles with bullying and anxiety, driving her to create safe spaces for emotional growth and mental well-being. She received an award from the National Student Union of India for her social contributions in student mental health. Starting her journey in entertainment at age four with a TV commercial, she later walked runways and won her first pageant as a child. An NCC sergeant, she carries with her values of discipline, truth, and perseverance learned through both triumphs and failures. Roosh has also worked in international marketing, where a mentor reignited her childhood dream of building a name for India in the global spotlight.

Miss International is one of the biggest and oldest running international beauty pageants in the world. The event is organized by International Cultural Association based in Japan. In India, the Glamanand Entertainment Pvt Ltd (popularly known as the Glamanand Group), headed by Nikhil Anand, holds the franchise rights to select India’s representative(s) for this eminent international beauty pageant.
